Anti-fungal medication may cause hallucinations

According to a report presented at the 47th annual Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, an ant-ifungal drug, Voriconazole
(sold under the trade name of Vfend), used for intravenous treatment of fungus induced allergies, may cause various neurological side effects, including
auditory and visual hallucinations. The report has cautioned Physicians, nurses and other health care providers about the side effects of using Vfend.
