Brisk morning walk: remedy for many lethal diseases

A brisk morning walk taken regularly saves us from many killer diseases. Here are some facts:

Diabetes

This disease is caused when pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin or body is unable to use it effectively. It is a silent killer, killing one person in every 10 seconds. More than 170 million people are suffering from this disease worldwide and this figure
is set to double by 2030.According to American Diabetes Association (ADA), heart disease and stroke causes about 65% of deaths in patients

Insomnia is also a common problem.This causes depressed mood, diurnal variation, agitated mood, loss of attention, reaction time of brain, memory, motivation and weight loss are caused by hypersomnia.
